This three-story townhome is nestled in a waterfront community in Richmond, BC. Full-height glass doors on the main level open directly onto the Fraser River Trail, just steps away.





The warmth of the wood to balance the northern light. Elements such as hidden doors and integrated LED strip lighting reinforce the space’s modern aesthetic.
The living room features a soaring, nearly 20-foot ceiling—a rare architectural feature in the area. When we were invited to redesign this signature suite, the original space included a narrow fireplace chimney, dated flooring, and straightforward lighting. These elements did not effectively reflect the vertical grandeur of the room.
To highlight the room’s architectural strengths, stained wood veneer wall panels are introduced.


A sculptural chandelier, with strong architectural presence, articulates the vertical and horizontal geometry of the room, reinforcing its structural rhythm. Anchored by a luxurious leather sofa, the living space softens its clean lines, creating a sense of balance and understated elegance.Rationality, rhythm, and refinement guide the atmosphere of this space.
